Absolutely delicious! This is the 4th time I’ve eaten this steak and it has been consistently great—even if it’s been overcooked. Ate one of the steaks after being frozen for two months and still was delicious and tender. I just cook the steak in a crockpot for about 40-55 minutes. Lately have not seen this product available in Albertsons. I hope it’s not being discontinued. I also enjoy your corn beef too.

Unfortunatley, Costco has not informed us of their intention to stock the item again.
We suggest you leave a written note at the manager’s station in front of the cashiers expressing your request that the item be returned to their shelves. The buyer who makes the stocking decision will read your note and may respond.

I found this at a local Von’s market in Los Angeles. The cooked meat was tender after being quickly stir-fried and the flavor was great! I can’t seem to find this anymore and hope it returns to my local market soon as I’m thinking about how good it was.

While traveling in Arizona this summer, we discovered your incredible Hawaiian flank steak. It was absolutely, without a doubt “the best” flank steak we have had!
When we were back in Bellingham WA. Our top priority and number one goal was to fill a cart with this flank steak.
We were absolutely heart broken to see we don’t have this available at our Costco. Could your please explain why?
This by far out flavour your standard Bill Baily flavour.

Thank you for your compliments and inquiry! We would love to have our Hawaiian Flank Steak available all year round, but the choice is not ours. Costco decides which products are purchased as “in and out”, which are seasonal and which are available throughout the year. Our suggestion is that you let your Costco and Costco corporate both know what you wish. They are more likely to listen to their customers than to us, and we suggest email so that it comes to them in a written form.

First saw at Albertsons in SoCal, gave it a shot. Wow, glad I did. Pan fried covered on high 6 minutes per side, rested wrapped in foil 12 minutes, sliced diagonal and absolutely excellent. Been a flank fan for 50 years, this is #1. Not kidding.
